Skiers have been enjoying the slopes of Morzine since Edwardian times and although we haven’t been teaching here for quite as long, we have taught thousands of people to ski since the company was founded in 1991.
Morzine is 1,000m above sea level with pleasant rolling slopes, there are few resorts that can be described as having it all but Morzine is one of them.
As well as pistes that are ideal for both beginner and intermediate snowboarders and skiers, Morzine village has some lively après ski bars and a general buzzy feeling about the place. If you fancy it, you could go ice diving beneath the lake, take off on nature discovery tours or enjoy snowshoeing, snowmobiling and tobogganing. There is also a large swimming pool and an ice rink for yet more activities to fill your downtime off the slopes.

Born in Genoa, Italy, Filippo is from a family of ski instructors - after being taught to ski by his father, Filippo progressed to ski racing and competed for the Limone ski team. After retiring from ski racing, Filippo trained to become a ski coach and ski instructor and hasn’t looked back.
He has ski instructed in Morzine for the past few years and has also worked in New Zealand, Australia, and Italy.

Benedetta comes from San Pellegrino Terme near Milan, the place of the famous sparkly water, like her temper!
She has been skiing since 2 years old and has a serious racing background. She likes teaching beginners the most and introducing them to the ski world.
In her spare time, she likes to ride her Vespa around when she's not busy reading an average of 4/5 books per month.

Hi, my name is Matteo, I come from the coasts of northern Italy. I speak English, Spanish, Italian, and a little bit of French.
I really like sailing and being on the beach during the summer. I think you should take a lesson with me because I love teaching, meeting new people and transmitting my passion for skiing and the mountains.
I’ve been doing this job for two years and I really enjoy working with children but also people of my age and adults. In a lesson with me, you can discover the ski resort better and improve your safety and your awareness on the slopes to better enjoy your holiday!

Hi everyone, my name is Jaco, I'm an Italian ski instructor with 2 years of experience.
I've been passionate about skiing since I was a child. I have a competitive career behind me and I like to convey my passion and knowledge for this sport. During my lessons, I try to help the student develop technical skills through sensations on their own body. We will therefore use videos and exercises to achieve greater control of the ski.
I'm waiting for you for a fantastic adventure between sport and fun in the heart of the Alps.
Morzine is at the centre of the 12 resorts in Les Portes du Soleil, located only a 1hr15 drive from Geneva Airport, in an extensive area spanning over France and Switzerland, providing snow sports enthusiasts with over 600km of pistes, and endless terrain in which to play. Morzine, in the Haute Savoie region, is nestled between Les Gets and Avoriaz, at the heart of Les Portes du Soleil making it simple and easy to access the other resorts in Les Portes du Soleil.
